As we state in our policies, both Custom and Stock items are shipped within 3 business days after cleared payment and approved proofs if any custom parts are included.
Packages typically reach US and Canadian addresses within 1-5 business days. However, for some rural locations, you might need to add an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Regardless of the number of products, orders shipped to Canadian and US addresses we offer C$15 Flat Rate Tracked Shipping and FREE tracked shipping on all orders over C$125.
Currently we ship our products only to the United States and Canada from our web-shop, however, we can ship items internationally as well, please contact us for details.
We are located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada, and we ship all our products from the same location.
US tariff and customs duties:
Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments heading to the United States will need to have the added Tariff paid in advance to prevent any extra charges. At checkout, we’ll calculate half of this additional cost for you, while we take care of the other half. This way, shipping remains smooth and hassle-free, and You do not need to pay any extra fees at delivery.
